First Time Home Buyers

Buying a home for the first time is one of the most exciting experiences of
one's life, but more importantly, how exciting  home ownership is as it
relates to your personal finances both now and into the future.

There are so many unknowns about the home buying process with "can I afford to own" and "how do I get started" being the two biggest.  My job is to clear those answers up along with educating you on the process along with how home ownership can benefit your personal finances as it relates to tax benefits through interest and property tax deductions.  Furthermore, how managing your mortgage can create wealth for you over time allowing you to easily grow into bigger homes as your family grows without a significant increase in your income.

If you have a job and some credit, you can buy a home!  It's really that simple.   Every month that goes by that you pay rent, your loosing money. Your rent gets flushed down the toilet and the only one who wins is your landlord.

It is my responsibility to hold your hand and give you the tools you need to become comfortable with the process so that you can reach the American Dream of home ownership.
