Workshop Details:   You will learn the ins and outs of financing the purchase of a home along with learning how to choose the right home for you.  When you leave this workshop, you will have a pretty good idea of how much home you can afford to buy and if your just not ready yet, you will learn what you need to do to put yourself in a position to buy a home. 

You will also learn about down payments, 100% financing programs, loan terms, finding a broker/banker to work with, finding a realtor to work with, searching for a property along with a step by step plan to find, qualify for and purchase a home of your own.

The workshop will also cover the financial benefits to home ownership.  

You will receive a first time home buyers book, a free credit report as a lender sees it, credit scoring & repair guide, along with some other valuable gifts and tools for attending.

Time: 6:30 PM    lasts 90 Minutes with no break
